Over the past 25 years, I have come to the conclusion that providing lots of information and knowledge to people does not produce results and neither does it cause people to do what they should do to achieve results. We now know that helping individuals achieve results is more about making them aware of what they already have inside of them and developing it for peak performance. Leadership and individual success come not from more and more knowledge but from drawing the unique desires and interests, skills, and talents out of each person by developing the mental abilities.
Napoleon Hill remarked - “An educated person is not, necessarily, one who has an abundance of general or specialized knowledge. An educated person is one who has so developed the faculties of the mind that he may acquire anything he wants, or its equivalent, without violating the rights of others.”
